- The drive system adopt Germany triplex roller chain drive technical,stable and strong transmission in low noise, crossbeam angle can be adjusted flexible. triplex roller chain and transmission gear made of special material:
- Triplex roller chain is produced by famous manufacturer, ensure the driving assembly’s durability. Full drive system is immersed in machine oil, help for shock absorption, sound absorption and lubrication.
- Servo drives ball screw to track the cutting, inverter adjusts the winding speed, adopt PLC control system, touch screen operation, ensure uniform cutting tube length, and can adjust the cutting length according to requirement.
Bottom-ply is separate and with oil and glue pot
Paper reel stand in 18plies with electrical crane to lift paper reels
- Glue stand is in single inclined row with diaphragm pump and filter unit.
