Function of DTY-4D Paper Tube Making Machine
- Servo drives ball screw to track the cutting,inverter adjusts the winding speed,adopt PLC control system,touch screen operation,ensure uniform cutting tube length,and can adjust the cutting length according to requirement.
- Equipped with auto picking device.
- Bottom-ply is separate and with oil and glue pot.
Glue stand is in single inclined row with diaphragm pump and filter unit.
- With double color parchment paper gluing device.
- 4 drums are inside protect covers,and urgent stop button on cutting unit.
- The distance between drums adjusting hand wheel and operation platform is 15cm,convient for operation.
